Drill’s application is a part of the project, consisting of the application and website. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. We take your privacy very seriously. When you visit and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. In this privacy notice, we describe our privacy policy. We seek to explain to you the most transparent way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have concerning it. This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our and/or any related services, sales, marketing, or events (we refer to them collectively in this privacy policy as the “Sites”).

Name and Contact Data. We may collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.

Credentials. We collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.

Payment Data. We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number) and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Our payment processor stores all payment data, and you should review its privacy policies and contact the payment processor directly to respond to your questions.

Drill offers an in-app purchase option as a subscription for the extra functionality, which may be unblocked by subscribing. This subscription is auto-renewing and allows users to get what they have paid for without performing additional tasks, such as posting on social media, uploading contacts, checking in to the app a certain number of times, etc. The subscription period lasts at least seven days and is available across all user devices. Before asking a customer to subscribe, the Drill’s application gives detailed information about what specific features the user will receive for the subscription cost.

All the personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED

In Short: Some information such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics is automatically collected when you use our site.

We automatically collect certain information when visiting, using, or navigating https://www.appdrills.com. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information). However, it may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of Drill and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located in Poland and Ukraine. If you are accessing our website from outside, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information.

In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information you share with third-party providers who advertise but are not affiliated with our websites.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy unless a more extended retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 or sell them our products.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13. Using the website, you convey that you are at least 13 or are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of Drill. If we learn that personal information from users less than 13 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to delete such data from our records promptly. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with legal requirements.

Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list however, we will still need to send you service-related emails necessary for the administration and use of your account.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers, mobile operating systems, and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference of not collecting and monitoring the data about your online browsing activities. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
